My life is driven by a fundamental drive to improve myself or things around me, making experiences as good as possible.
Superpower
I’m structured and detailed, people bring me into projects for that ‘superpower’. Through the years I’ve also learned to go with the flow when needed, sometimes chaos is the way of creatives. I’m well versed in human centered design and agile working environments.
Leading vision
When leading teams my belief is that good relationships are key to fruitful collaborations, quality work and healthy work environments. I have a good amount of experience in leading a creative department (since 2016) and would love to be part of a new group of creatives where I can be of service.
Dual role

At home I'm married to my lovely wife Janet, I have a 6 year old son, and have a big fluffy Bernese Mountain dog. In my spare time I love to work in my garden, do woodworking and most of all: I love horseback archery.
