  • Led Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) with over 5.8 million users, transforming it from a place with low UX maturity to a leading project. Included design project management, resource allocation, sales activities, performance evaluations, and cross functional collaboration

  • Led design operations initiatives, focussing on optimizing processes and workflows to enhance department efficiency. Defined and refined the company and department way of working

  • New revenue streams for BPI enabled by the digital banking platform earned around 6 million euros from transactions in 2020
