Responsibilities
  • Led one of the company's largest banking projects BPI with over 5 million users, transforming it from a place with extremely low UX maturity to a leading project where team morale and performance flourished.

  • Led all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, sales activities, and performance evaluations, making sure the project was successful and the client happy.

  • Spearheaded design operations initiatives, focusing on optimzing processes and workflows to enhance department efficiency.

  • Played a key role in defining and refining the company and department way of working.

  • Ensured the availability of necessary tools and resources to support project teams

Achievements
  • New revenue streams for BPI enabled by the digital banking platform earned around 6 million euros from transactions done in 2020

  • Created an driven Human centered design and agile onboarding program for all Mobiquity employees rated as best onboarding by participants

  • Integrated Miro as worldwide tool greatly increasing collaboration with colleagues and clients

  • Professionalised and improved design operations by developing a maturity matrix, on- and offboarding procedures, cultural get togethers, OKR's, and more.

  • Launched 2 new products at Rabobank, 1 at YNAP and increased UX maturity of BPI
