Supporting a salesforce in offline environments
75 kilometres from the nearest city, in the middle of a green field and without internet, salesmen have to rely on manual calculations and paper brochures with dated information. This results in a lot of back and forth traveling to finalise a deal, potentially loosing the prospect to competitors. The salesforce was in need of a tool that supports their growing information needs and ability to calculate and close deals at point of sale.
Using the design sprint methodology, we developed an intuitive application for salespeople selling loans to businesses. With this app, they can effortlessly create complex loan proposals on-the-spot, streamlining the sales process and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our solution revolutionizes how loans are presented and offered, empowering salespeople to meet customer needs more effectively.
